Sarah Cawood has been broadcasting in some form or another since bursting onto the small screen on Channel 4's seminal 90s cultural phenomenon, 'The Girlie Show'.
She's pretty much run the gauntlet of presenting and voice over genres, from Kids to Daytime, to Current Affairs to Music. She's even managed to squeeze in a bit of acting (1997's 'Velvet Goldmine').
Sarah now has a successful lifestyle blog (www.sarahcawood.co.uk), is a successful mummy blogger (www.helpwheresthemanual.com) and is currently honing her early morning DJ skills depping on the Heart 4 Counties Breakfast Show.
In her spare time she makes chutney. And changes dirty nappies. The glamour never stops…;)
