Will Vanderpuye's 'Apple Tree House' nominated for a BAFTA!

The nominations have been announced for the British Academy Children’s Awards (BAFTA), which honour the very best in children’s media; and CBeebies drama for preschoolers 'Apple Tree House' has been a HUGE success, so much so that it has been nominated in the Pre-School Live Action category!

Not only does Will star in the show, he also co-produced and wrote the theme tune, sang the theme tune... which is set on an inner city council estate. 'Apple Tree House' follows the adventures of young friends Mali and Sam and features a wealth of diverse supporting characters. The first of the 30 episodes went out on 22nd May and a second series has already been commissioned. Make sure you vote for it if you can!
