Nick Wilton

A witty, pacy, bouncy sound. Great versatility and fab character voices. Nick's career started with winning the Perrier Award in Edinburgh with the revue group 'Writers Inc'. He then spent three years on BBC1's 'Carrott's Lib' which won a BAFTA for Best Live Entertainment Programme, and picked up two Sony awards for Best Radio Comedy with 'Son of Cliché' and 'In One Ear', which both ran for three series on Radio 4. He was in the kids shows 'Playaway', 'No.73' and 'Fast Forward' and played the teacher, Mr Seagrove, in 'Big Meg Little Meg'. He was also the Crow on 'Saturday Superstore', “did the prizes” for 'Double Dare' and appeared on 'Jackanory' several times including reading his own story for their 25th Birthday celebrations. He's also a semi-regular in 'Eastenders', playing Mr Lister, the Market Inspector. Theatre credits include: 'Joking Apart', 'Two into One', 'Chimp', Dick in 'Tom, Dick & Harry', 'One for the Road', 'The Railway Children', ''Allo 'Allo' and Pantomime Dame for the last twelve years.
