Monica Dolan joins Yakety!

We've got an exciting Monday announcement for you - the fab Monica Dolan has joined Yakety 😍!

You may recognise her as Jo from Mr Bates vs The Post Office - the most watched TV show of 2024 and ITV's biggest new drama in over a decade! If you haven't seen it yet, please take a look!

Monica is a BAFTA award-winning actress whose work spans stage, television and film.

Highlights include Appropriate Adult, for which she won the BAFTA for Best Supporting Actress, A Very English Scandal (for which she received a BAFTA nomination), and feature film Eye In The Sky opposite Helen Mirren and the late Alan Rickman.

For her stage work, Monica won the Olivier Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role for her performance as Karen in All About Eve (Sonia Friedman Productions), and has toured globally with the Royal Shakespeare Company.
